Red Wine Finishing Salt consists of the Red Wine Sediment that forms naturally at the bottom of oak barrels during fermentation. The sediment is slow-smoked and blended with flakey Maldon Salt giving it complex earthy, oaky flavors that complement sweet or savory dishes. Use it as a finishing salt anywhere you would pair a glass of red wine. We love it on chocolate, stone fruit, or sprinkled on a tomato.
